History

Brett Britton has been in the Information Technology (I.T.) field since 2001, entering the field as a software engineer. The couple traveled to California and established their working lives in the hustle bustle of the west coast. Later they moved to Vegas and enjoyed the desert life while deepening their technology skills in Corporate careers. J.J. works for a national insurance company and has quickly became the “go to” person for many everyday fixes in her office.

Brett is an experienced software engineer working for larger companies developing in-house, custom software for specific tasks. These skills, over time, expanded to include software development, desktop support, server support, remote support, customer support, network management, security, web page development, trouble shooting, system repair, system design, and a passionate love of the business.

Brett loves working with residential and small business customers to provide not only top notch support for their everyday technology needs, but also to educate and elevate those everyday skills that help the customer help him and themselves. There is so much new technology being developed everyday that can assist with our everyday tasks. Brett aims to ease the transition into the future as we enter the world of the “Jetsons” and beyond.

Born in Cushing, Brett and JJ have returned home to build their lives where their hearts are. They have bought a small farm just outside of town where they currently base their business. Though there is not yet a shop in town, Brett currently comes on-site to complete trouble calls. Also, if you can get to the Internet – Brett can remote your system to help with many issues that may arise, including virus removal, performance recovery, email support and so much more. If there are hardware issues, then Brett will pickup your unit, repair it, return with the repaired equipment and set it up. Phone support is welcomed – answers to quick questions are always available. If it is a complicated question, then remote support may be a better option. If it is a very complicated issue – a personal “hands on” visit may be scheduled for the repair. Whatever the job – the solution is a phone call away.
